
Built for Speed
This 5 week programme is built for footballers who want to improve their Speed and Conditioning.
The programme improves 3 special strength + speed prep exercises focused on acceleration, maximum velocity and change of direction.
The 2 strength programmes are designed to develop specific speed qualities.
The conditioning programme is based on a championship (UK) speed dominant player. It includes Long intervals to help increase anaerobic threshold, extensive slower runs to maintain the aerobic capacity and most importantly short HIT, repeated sprint training and intensive tempos to help with those repeated sprint efforts so important in successful phases of football.
