Rob Morledge Performance uses the information you choose to share to respond to coaching enquiries and deliver requested email resources. Contact Rob at robertmorledge@gmail.com with any questions about your information.
Coaching applications and enquiries
When you submit, your contact details and the coaching information entered in the form are saved in the website’s private database, hosted by Cloudflare. Rob can review these details to discuss your goals and the support that may suit you. When email delivery is connected, a copy is sent through Brevo to Rob’s Gmail inbox and your contact email is also saved in Brevo’s coaching applications list for follow-up. For under-18 applications, the guardian’s email is used as the contact.
A coaching application does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Share only a short overview of your starting point; please do not upload or paste medical records.
Performance resources
If you choose to join the resources list, your email address is passed to Brevo to request confirmation. After you confirm, Rob can send the resources and coaching updates you requested. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails.
How information is handled
Unfinished form answers remain in your current browser page and are not saved to the website database. Submitted applications and enquiries are saved privately in the website database. Visitor-facing pages and APIs do not allow access to other people’s submissions. When connected, Brevo and Rob’s Gmail account also handle submitted messages and contact records, and may retain processing and delivery records.
You can ask Rob to review or delete the information he holds about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing robertmorledge@gmail.com.
